Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.
Add - On Services:
We encourage that all services are booked at scheduled booking, this will allow the appropriate amount of time for your experience to be exceptional without jeopardizing the next clients experience.
Arrivals for Appointment:
To receive full value of the service, please arrive promptly. If you are a new client we ask that your arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time of booking of your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out spa forms for our records. If you are late for an appointment your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
What to wear:
Robes/ Body wraps will provided for you.
If your are scheduled for a facial, we encourage you not to wear make-up prior to your service. Please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses, we also suggest you let us know if you are using skin medications such as retinol, Retin-A or accupane before doing treatment.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
Returns:
All product returns must be accompanied by a store receipt. Product returns will only be accepted within 15 days of original purchase. all returns will be refunded with a Spa gift card.
Prices:
Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Service Animals and pets:
Our Spa does not allow pets of any kind into the building, we do allow TRAINED service animals.
Children:
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardian make other arrangement for their children while they are receiving service. Children must be 14 or older to receive spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Children under 14 may receive spa services but will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 14 who are not receiving spa services may not be in our spa waiting area or service area at anytime.
Food/Beverages:
Please be advised that no food or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the spa. Water will be provided for you upon your request.
Accessibility:
Service techs or spa staff are not allowed to lift people onto tables or chairs. If such assistance is required, please bring a personal care attendant.
Payment/Deposits:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or personal checks. A credit/debit card or cash is required to hold all appointments.
Returned Checks:
There is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks. If paying with a check, customers must provide driver's license.
Cancellations:
A credit/debit card is required to reserve all appointments, Spa guest must provide 24 hours cancellation notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card and or keep any cash deposits if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice require by cancellation policy. Any cancellation made within 12 hours or less of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
